Learn how to shoot laser beams!
Meditation is a powerful tool that allows you to be calmer, channel your energy, and better control your thoughts. Meditating regularly will help you be calmer and less scattered, two qualities that will greatly help you achieve your goals, but also feel better in your daily life. The Laser Beam Challenge is a commitment to meditate for at least 5 minutes a day, for 30 days. At the end of this training, you will be familiar with this practice and you you will be able to feel the real impacts that the practice of meditation can have on your life.
